[REVIEW] These Earbuds Have 4 Built-In Mics, So You Never Have To Repeat Yourself In Calls

First, let's have a look at what we got out of the box:

The Jabra Elite 4 earbuds come with the earbuds itself, a USB type-C cable, a charging case, and two extra sets of ear gels of different sizes.

For starters, the earbuds have a durable build that makes it comfortable to bring around wherever you go. It also packs a discreet finish that makes it easy to pair as an accessory as well. We got the Navy blue one, but it also comes in Dark Grey, Lilac, and Beige. 

Aside from featuring a balance of treble and bass, the Jabra Elite 4 earbuds give you the option of customising your earbuds when you download their Jabra Sound+ app on the App Store or Google Play. 

Basically, the app provides music equaliser and music preset options so you can customise your sound frequencies.

You can connect the Jabra Elite 4 earbuds to two devices at once through its Bluetooth Multipoint feature, so you don't have to switch around between your laptop and smartphone.

If you're someone who likes to drown out the world when you're vibing to your favourite tunes, the Jabra Elite 4 earbuds provide a nifty active noise cancellation feature (ANC) that blocks out a decent amount of background noise. And if you're not an ANC person, you can simply turn off this feature by tapping the right earbud.

I've been testing out the earbuds for over a week now, and the battery (on a single charge) still hasn't died on me. As a benchmark, Jabra claims that the Jabra Elite 4 earbuds can last up to 22 hours with ANC on, and up to 28 hours with ANC off, as long as the charging case is fully charged.

The Jabra Elite 4 is imbued with a four-mic setup that makes your voice super clear on calls.

So far, I've only used the earbuds for calls indoors, but I can confirm that the call quality has been great — and during meetings and calls, there was a staggering difference in mic quality compared to your usual earbuds or laptop mic.

Essentially, if you're in online calls often, the Jabra Elite 4 is a solid option and good enough if you don't plan on getting a dedicated mic.
