Apple Watch Users: Get Exclusive Digital Rewards If You Close All 3 Rings On 24 April
Ready to ring in the challenge?
Apple is calling on its Watch users around the world to close all three of their Activity rings — Move, Exercise, and Stand — for a chance to score a limited-edition digital award and a new set of animated stickers in honour of Global Close Your Rings Day

Set to take place on 24 April, the celebration marks a decade since those colourful rings became an icon for everyday fitness.
And while Apple's health platform has grown far beyond rings — with features for sleep tracking, menstrual health, and even noise monitoring — the rings remain its most visual and gamified hook.
"A decade ago, we introduced Activity rings — and since then, Apple Watch has grown to offer an extensive set of features designed to empower every user,” Apple's chief operating officer Jeff Williams said in a statement on Apple's website.
He claimed that Apple Watch users write to his team to share how the device has made a difference in their health and lives.
According to new insights from Apple's Heart and Movement Study, those who regularly hit their daily ring goals are significantly less likely to suffer from poor sleep, high resting heart rates, or elevated stress levels

Translation: moving more might just make you feel better, inside and out.
And if a digital badge isn't enough, fans can even pick up a physical pin at Apple Store locations — while supplies last, of course.
Here are six Apple apps you can take advantage of during the Global Close Your Rings Day on 24 April, 2025
