The Singapore Ministry of Education said the vice-principal has tendered his resignation.
A primary school vice-principal in Singapore has been accused of having an extramarital affair with a student's parent, resulting in an investigation by the Ministry of Education
According to Singaporean news outlet MS News, a woman claiming to be the vice-principal's wife took to Facebook to share a series of incriminating photos of her husband with another woman, whom she claims is the parent of a student at his school.
The wife alleged that she has been married to the vice-principal for more than 30 years, and had suspicions about the affair months before she found evidence about it on 16 October.
She shared photos of her husband kissing, hugging, and giving gifts to the other woman, as well as purported screenshots of their WhatsApp conversations, which included explicit messages and details of their interactions.
The wife believes that the affair has been going on for one and a half years.
