GrabFood Rider Delivers Woman's Order From Cheras To Puchong For Free After Address Mix-Up
Muhammad Azrul Abu Hassan, a military man who moonlights as a GrabFood rider, said that he was not looking for a reward when he helped the woman that night.

A recent post by a woman on her LinkedIn profile has gone viral.
In it, the woman, Vijaya Kasinathan, highlighted the compassion shown by a GrabFood rider in delivering her dinner earlier this month.
According to Vijaya, when she ordered dinner on her way out of her work in Cheras, she realised that she had forgotten to change the location for the food to be delivered to her home in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
This, she only realised once she reached home.
"It was too late when I realised the blunder I had made," Vijaya wrote, adding that she then called up the GrabFood rider to tell him that as she is no longer in the office, he should keep the food for himself.
To her surprise, Muhammad Azrul Abu Hassan, the GrabFood rider, expressed sadness over Vijaya not having anything to eat that night and offered to deliver the order all the way to her house for free.
"I never anticipated such courtesy and dedication... I was truly bowled over," she wrote.
A little over half an hour later, Azrul — riding for about 20km and going beyond the scope of his duty — had arrived at Vijaya's location with her dinner from Madam Kwan's.
To show her gratitude, Vijaya gave the delivery rider an envelope with some cash in it. After initially resisting, Azrul accepted the envelope.
He, however, had no idea about the amount of tip Vijaya had left inside and would soon ride back to her house after having stopped to fill up his fuel tank and realising that she had tipped him RM100.
According to Vijaya, she did not believe when Azrul came back with tears in his eyes.
"What you have given me is too much," he told her and tried to return the money.
However, she insisted that he keep the tip as it's small gratitude for the kindness shown by him.
"I told him, 'Listen, son, no one can put a value to what you just did for me.'"
Vijaya said that the 25-year-old delivery rider then wanted to take a picture with her. She, however, told him to take a photo with her mother, who was very touched by his gesture.

"I didn't help Ms Vijaya because I wanted a reward. I just wanted to help her, especially since we are in the middle of the movement control order," Azrul was quoted as saying by Free Malaysia Today.
Vijaya also informed Grab about Azrul's kindness, following which the company has given him a RM100 voucher as a reward, according to the Free Malaysia Today's report.
