UPDATE:
A 25-year-old British man working remotely in Malaysia has been reported missing by his family in Merseyside, England
Jordan Johnson-Doyle has not been heard from since Tuesday night, 27 May.
His last known location was at Healy Mac's Irish Bar in Bangsar around 8pm on Tuesday, when he sent his best friend a photograph of the pub's quiz night poster. His mother, Leanne Burnett, told the Daily Mail that this silence is out of character for him, and she feels "numb" and "just wants him home".

Jordan, a software engineer, has been solo-backpacking through the Mediterranean and Southeast Asia for about 18 months while working remotely for a US-based company
He arrived in Malaysia on 17 May after a trip to Vietnam, and was staying at the Robertson Residences in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
Leanne said their last conversation was on Monday, 26 May, and everything seemed normal.
However, when she did not hear from him the next day, she checked the Find My iPhone app on Wednesday morning, 29 May, and noticed his location had not been updated for 11 hours.
His family and friends spent the following days desperately trying to reach him through phone calls, emails, and social media, but by Friday, 30 May, his phone had gone completely silent.
"I have no idea what has happened. All I know is something is really wrong for him not to contact anybody. I know what he's like and he knows how worried everyone gets at home, that's why he checks in all the time," Leanne said.
"If he was to lose his phone and laptop, if someone had stolen that off him, he knows my number by heart and [would contact me]. He would go to the nearest hotel to use the phone, or go to an Internet café. He'd find a way to get hold of us," she said.
Jordan is described as 5'11", of medium build, with shoulder-length mousy brown hair, likely tied up in a bun.
His last known location was on Jalan Telawi 3 in Bangsar.
If you have any information, Leanne said in a Facebook post to contact her directly via WhatsApp at +44-7754718679, as the family is preparing to travel to Malaysia to search for him.
Leanne added that a police report has been filed, and they are also working with local authorities to locate her son.
