A total of 17 roads across the Klang Valley will be temporarily closed from Tuesday, 15 April, to Thursday, 17 April, in conjunction with the official visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to Malaysia

In a statement, Federal Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department director Datuk Seri Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri said the road closures are expected to last between 30 and 45 minutes to allow safe passage for the delegation, after which the roads will be reopened to traffic.

He advised motorists to avoid the affected roads, plan their journeys accordingly, and follow instructions from traffic personnel.

A total of 378 officers and personnel will be deployed to escort dignitaries, manage traffic, and enforce road regulations during the visit.
