This Dessert Shop In Subang Sells Crème Brûlée Bingsu With A Super Satisfying Crack On Top

If you're someone who lives for dessert, you'll want to make your way to Fairymilk Dessert Café in SS15, Subang Jaya

This cosy spot is the sister company of Souffle Dessert Cafe, and they've just introduced something seriously exciting: Crème Brûlée Bingsu — and yes, it looks as dreamy as it sounds.

Imagine the rich, creamy custard and caramelised sugar crust of your favourite French dessert, but now in bingsu form.

Their version is made with "fairy snow" ice (it's super light and fluffy), topped with vanilla custard cream, and finished with that golden, torched sugar layer that cracks oh-so-satisfyingly when you dig in.

Fairymilk Dessert also adds a modern twist to local flavours, like turning cendol into a bingsu

You'll also find other treats like mango bingsu, matcha bingsu, and loads more flavours to satisfy your sweet tooth.
