WORQ, a coworking space based in the Klang Valley, is offering free coworking passes to help those who will be voting for the upcoming General Election (GE15)

This limited time offer will be available between 14 November and 18 November. It will only be for those who are unable to obtain leave to travel back to KL for voting day. As some Malaysians may opt to return a week earlier to avoid traffic congestion, this may be an option to consider when working remotely.

According to The Vibes, WORQ CEO and co-founder Stephanie Ping said that those who are interested need to show their plane, bus, or travel schedules in order to access a 'hot desk' at the coworking space. All they have to do is bring any of the required documents to a chosen WORQ outlet to get a free pass.

You will be able to work at any of WORQ's three outlets, which are all equipped with super-fast Internet access, free coffee, and unlimited snacks

1. WORQ space located in Glo Damansara Shopping Mall, TTDI.

– Ample parking space

Due to the abrupt announcement of GE15, it has forced many people to make changes to their plans and schedules in order to make it back in time for the election

"Some employees took time off to vote, but others didn't. We know how tough it is to manage work and the election, so we wanted to give Malaysians a secure atmosphere in which to continue working," the CEO said.
