Amenic Film Space has a range of classic movies to current films.

If you are, here's an alternative.
Located in Damansara Kim, PJ, Amenic Film Space is a place where you can rent your own cosy private cinema.
It's perfect for a small group of friends or even a solo movie-goer, with multiple rooms catering to all types of cinephiles.

You can select from three types of rooms, with capacities ranging from four to 12 people
Each room comes with a full HD projector and 5.1 surround sound speakers, giving you the best cinematic experience.
The screen sizes are between 7ft and 10ft, which make it feel like you're in the best seats of a cinema hall.

This is what Amenic provides:
1. Cosy spaces - A cinematic space exclusive to you, where you pick the film and time. You can have a choice of bean bags, couch, or lazy chairs (fits up to four and 12 pax).
Each session costs RM20 per person on weekdays and RM24 on weekends. Member prices are RM12 and RM16 respectively.
2. Film of the week - They have a schedule where you can join others every Saturday at 8.30pm to watch a selected film for that week. It costs RM12 per person.

With over 500 licensed movies to select from, Amenic curates a wide range of Blu-ray movies to cater to all types of cinephiles
Their library of films is always expanding depending on customer preferences and other "gems" they can bring in from overseas.
Amenic has a wide range of classics such as 'The Sound of Music', 'Toy Story', and 'Jurassic Park', right up to the Marvel series like 'Ant-Man' and 'Avengers', just to name a few.

"We also bring in films that would never get a chance in Malaysia. Indies like 'Sorry to Bother You', 'The Before Trilogy' and Oscars like 'The Favourite' and 'Green Book' would be great examples," Amenic shared with SAYS.
"Films like these aren't shown here cause the demand is quite low and are not enough for the bigger cinemas."

Aside from movies, Amenic is also a space where people can get together and share their hobbies
