At a time when mental health awareness is more important than ever, The Pillars Festival 2024 brings you a powerful two-day event dedicated to mental health, wellbeing, and healing
Designed to bring the community together in celebration of life, emotional wellness, and self-care, the free festival will be held at APW, Bangsar, on 12 and 13 October from 10am to 6pm.
Featuring an exciting mix of workshops, wellness booths, and live performances, all of which will leave you feeling empowered to take charge of your mental and emotional health, the festival aims to break stigmas, provide support, and create a safe space for individuals to explore, learn and grow.
In conjunction with World Mental Health Awareness, The Pillars Festival 2024 serves as a rallying cry for the importance of mental health, making it a platform for education, community engagement, and stigma-breaking initiatives.
It is a celebration of mental resilience and a call to action for individuals to prioritise their emotional wellbeing.
