[VIDEO] Boy Who Likes Garbage Trucks Gets Excited To Take Photos With 'Abang Lori Sampah'

A 35-second video of a little boy asking for a picture with a garbage man was shared on TikTok on 29 May and has captured the hearts of netizens

The video, taken by the boy's mother, shows her husband taking their son and daughter to meet the rubbish collector and ask him for permission to take a photo together.

The captions in the video explain that the boy has a fascination with garbage trucks. Every time he hears the sound of a garbage truck nearby, he asks if he can meet the garbage man.

"He said that once he grows up, he wants to become like the garbage man. Finally, he got to meet the abang lori sampah," read the caption.

The video goes on to say that the boy is very thankful to the garbage man for brightening up his day.

"Thank you to the abang lori sampah for being 'sporting' and going with the whims of our child," said the parents.

The video has since gone viral on TikTok and Twitter with netizens praising the parents for raising their children right and also flooding the boy with compliments and well wishes

In the comments section of the TikTok, a user thanked the parents for teaching their children to not look down on any occupation and hopes the family has a blessed life.

The TikTok was then shared to Twitter account @MALAYSIAVIRALL, where it garnered more praise.

A Twitter user quote retweeted and expressed how cute the video is, saying the kids will grow up as respectable people.

"We need these kids to be our future leaders," wrote another Twitter user.

In response to the praise and attention, the mum shared more details in a follow-up video

In the clip, the boy said he was very excited to take a photo with the garbage man, Abang Flora.

"His clothes smelled nice. His clothes didn't smell. Only the rubbish smelled bad," he said.

The TikTok caption explained that there were too many comments to respond to, and that the family is very thankful for all the well wishes they received. The mum also added that the boy was very touched when he heard that a lot of people wished him well.
