An ice cream shop in Kota Kemuning, Selangor, is turning heads with its unconventional bathroom signs featuring triangle and cloud symbols instead of the usual signs we're accustomed to

The quirky signs gained widespread attention after it was spotted and shared on X by a user named Daniel.

Daniel shared two pictures of the restroom doors, with one featuring a cloud symbol above an upright isosceles triangle, while the other showcased a cloud symbol above an inverted isosceles triangle.

The element of surprise extended beyond the signage, as the doors had distinct handles — one featured a lever and the other a knob.

"Why does it have two completely different doorknobs?" questioned one user.

"Life is already full of problems, and now we have to think about which side to go just to pee," another commented humorously.

"Imagine being in a hurry and seeing this," wrote another.

One user said, "At this point, I’ll just go in whichever. I’m not about to spend another minute decrypting signs when nature calls."

"Still waiting [for] the day we need to do calculus to determine gender before entering bathroom," joked another.

If you are still confused, here's what the signs mean:

The unconventional bathroom signs appear to mimic the widely used circles and triangles to represent the human head and torso.

In this case, the cloud symbol above an upright isosceles triangle is for women, while the cloud symbol above an inverted isosceles triangle is meant for men.
