Khai Lim, who goes by @limyotp on TikTok, recently shared his discovery of a huge monitor lizard stuck in what appears to be his house.

"Heard something scratching the door at midnight. This isn't Sarawak btw, it's Klang," he wrote in the caption of his video.

Remaining completely calm, Lim walks up to the door and starts to unlock the grille to help the creature

He then takes a step back as the monitor lizard can be seen sliding out of the top of the grille before flopping onto the ground.

Scrambling for its life, the animal attempts to flee the scene, but not before offering a dramatic exit.

The monitor lizard first tries to climb the wall as Lim can be heard in the background telling it, "No, no wrong direction. Go out the front door."

As if it understood Lim, the animal then climbs onto a nearby shelf, knocking things over and rushing to escape the scene in embarrassment

The video ends with Lim calmly saying, "Alright."

Since his video has gone viral, people have been commending Lim for how calm he seemed throughout the incident

While some questioned why he didn't call the bomba, one person wittily commented that bomba should call Lim instead
