Khairul Aming Treats 100 Staff To Luxurious Company Trip In Penang
So, we've all been doing company trips wrong, huh?
Popular food influencer and entrepreneur Khairul Aming recently treated all 100 of his staff to a five-day vacation in Penang
The Kota Bharu native shared a video on his social media accounts yesterday, 12 September, detailing everything he and his staff did during their company trip.
The content creator said that the purpose of this company trip was purely just for relaxation and leisure.
"In our company trips, we do not have any meetings, speeches or KPI (Key Performance Index) discussions. Everyone is supposed to have fun, relax, and rest," he explained in the video.

Besides staying in a room with a gorgeous view of the sea, each of the staff also received pocket money for shopping. The team enjoyed a range of activities together, from parasailing and jetskiing to having fun at an outdoor theme park.
He and his employees also spent time exploring George Town, taking leisurely strolls, riding bicycles, and shopping for clothes and souvenirs to commemorate their trip.
And being a food entrepreneur, you can count on Khairul Aming to make sure his team was well-fed throughout the vacation. He treated his team to an indulgent Arabic dinner, and even took them to a nasi kandar lunch, where the bill came to about RM3,500! (☉_☉)

His post quickly garnered attention, with netizens flooding the comments section with praise for the generous entrepreneur
One user called him "every person's dream employer," while others expressed admiration for his employee benefits, commenting, "This is an example of a healthy employer and employee relationship."
Many were impressed by Khairul Aming's focus on employee wellbeing. "No wonder he said there wasn't any vacancy at his company, nobody wants to quit. Who'd want to resign if they get this kind of treatment," commented another user.
Meanwhile, numerous netizens humorously expressed their desire to join Khairul Aming's company. Some users joked about taking on roles like security guard, CEO, a cat, chilli, sambal (chilli paste), and bubble wrap just to be considered part of his team. One user quipped, "I think I need to change my career goals. If someone asks about my ambition, I'll say I want to work for Khairul Aming!"
