"You Be Careful" — Uncle Roger Meets Legendary Aunty Aini Who Roasted Gordon Ramsay
"Just you wait, that thrashing was for Gordon Ramsay. Maybe today, you'll get it from me!" she said to Uncle Roger.
Uncle Roger is back with another hilarious video — and this time, he meets the iconic Malaysian aunty who famously put Gordon Ramsay in his place
Uploaded on Sunday, 13 April, Uncle Roger's YouTube video has already garnered over a million views.
In it, Uncle Roger revisits the memorable 2011 episode of Gordon's Great Escape, where Ramsay travelled to Malaysia to learn how to make beef rendang.
Ramsay's journey led him to Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, where he met the fiery and unforgettable Aunty Aini of Aunty Aini's Garden Cafe.
Ramsay described her as "the aunty in charge with a temper as fiery as a barbecue", and viewers quickly found out why.

Uncle Roger's video opens with a funny twist — he's sitting in Aunty Aini's restaurant when the legendary woman herself makes an appearance
Upon greeting him, she jokingly warns, "Just you wait, that thrashing was for Gordon Ramsay. Maybe today, you'll get it from me!"
The two then sit down to rewatch her episode with Gordon, sharing laughs and behind-the-scenes stories.
Aunty Aini reminisces about filming the 2011 episode with the world-renowned chef, and doesn't hold back while rewatching his hesitant cooking in her kitchen.
"Don't be shy Gordon, just pour the damn thing out," she says in the video, as Ramsay awkwardly adds oil to a wok. She also chuckles while talking about her infamous "clitorial bush" — her butterfly pea flower plant, Clitoria ternatea.
Aunty Aini teaches Uncle Roger something new too — that Negeri Sembilan is a matriarchal society, a detail about her heritage she proudly shares.

To wrap up their meeting, Aunty Aini serves him similar dishes she once made for Gordon: smoked duck rendang, daging masak lemak, and asam pedas daging tetel
"This smoked rendang, like nothing Uncle Roger ever tasted before," he says after trying a dish, "When you smoke it, fuiyoh! So many more levels of flavour!"
Ultimately, beyond the roasting, Aunty Aini turned out to be a warm and welcoming host, even wishing Uncle Roger continued success in his career.
He ends the video by encouraging viewers to visit her restaurant in Nilai, which is just 20 minutes from the airport and a perfect first stop when exploring Malaysia.
